1. What products does GadgetLab sell?

At GadgetLab, we offer a wide range of the latest tech gadgets and accessories, including:

2. How do I place an order on your website?

To place an order:

  2. Add them to your cart and proceed to checkout.

  3. Provide your billing and shipping information.

  4. Choose your preferred payment method and complete the transaction.

  5. You will receive an order confirmation email with your order details.

5. Do you ship internationally?

At the moment, we only offer shipping within Australia.
We provide free shipping on all orders across Australia for your convenience.


6. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

  • Handling time: 1-2 business days

  • Transit time: 3-5 business days

Orders placed before 5:00 PM (AEST) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after 5:00 PM will be processed the following business day.


7. How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on the courier's website.


8. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order is placed, we begin processing it immediately to ensure fast shipping. Unfortunately, orders cannot be modified or cancelled once they are confirmed. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need assistance with your order.


9. What is your return policy?

We offer a 14-day return policy on most items.
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • The item must not be damaged (unless defective upon arrival).

10. How do I get a refund?

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds are processed within 10 business days and will be credited back to your original payment method. Please note, your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.


11. Do you offer exchanges?

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow our return process for the original item and place a new order for the item you want.


12. What if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?

Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. If you received a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days at support@gadgetlab.com.au. We will provide instructions for returning the item and sending you a replacement or refund.
